Santorini's nightlife is built around the caldera view, not the dancefloor. The default night is sunset cocktails on a cliff terrace in Oia or Fira, followed by dinner with the view, then late drinks at a handful of small clubs in Fira. There is no Mykonos-scale club scene here — and that's the point. Couples, slow nights, and a bar list that leans into Santorini's own Assyrtiko wines. Things wind down by 3am most nights; if you want until-sunrise dancing, take the ferry to Ios.
